레오가 지휘봉으로 아름다운 해돋이를 지휘할 때, 흰머리독수리가 레오의 지휘봉을 막대기로 착각해 잡아채 날아간다. 레오는 지휘봉을 되찾은 다음, 팀과 여정 중에 만난 모든 동물을 지휘하여 영광스러운 ‘아침’을 다시 연주한다.

로켓은 대 하늘 경주에 참가하려고 한다! 로켓은 빅 제트를 포함한 모든 종류의 항공기와 경쟁할 것이다. 아이들은 로켓이 이길 것이라고 확신하지만, 경기를 준비하면서 로켓이 딸꾹질한다. 아이들은 로켓을 놀라게 해 로켓의 딸꾹질을 멈춰야 한다.

로켓은 작은 혹등고래와 친구가 된다. 작은 고래가 가족과 함께 집에 돌아가야 할 때가 되자 로켓은 슬퍼한다. 팀은 로켓이 새 친구와 다시 만날 수 있도록 돕는 것을 임무로 삼는다.

팀은 우연히 오래된 보물 지도를 발견한다. 하지만 평범한 보물 지도가 아니라 음악적인 보물 지도다. 아이들은 음악적 단서를 좇아서 숨겨진 보물을 찾기로 한다. 하지만 오랜 앙숙이 이 계획을 엿듣고 보물을 가로채려고 한다!

애니의 생일이다. 모든 친구가 애니가 가장 좋아하는 풍선을 선물했다! 애니는 무척 신나지만, 거대한 돌풍이 불어와 풍선을 모두 날려버린다. 걱정할 필요는 없다. 애니의 큰오빠인 레오가 모두 되찾아오기로 단단히 결심했으니.

퀸시는 무엇이든 열 수 있는 노래를 연주하는 하프를 찾는다! 하프 위에는 황금 피라미드 그림이 그려져 있다. 팀의 이번 임무는 황금 피라미드 안에 누가 살고 있는지 알아내는 것이다. 지금은 이집트로 갈 시간!

급한 메시지를 싣고 용 모양 연이 준의 뒷마당으로 날아온다. 만리장성에서 열리는 대형 연 퍼레이드가 오늘 시작되는데, 커다란 연이 모두 사라졌다!

팀원들은 기차가 황량한 서부에서 파티 가방을 되찾아오게 도와주고, 로켓은 빅 제트와 대결할 준비를 한다.

리틀 아인슈타인 팀은 작은 농장으로 친구인 작은 돼지 세 마리를 방문한다. 돼지들은 신비로운 씨앗이 든 자루를 발견했다. 이 씨앗들은 자라서 무엇이 될까? 오늘의 임무는 돼지들을 도와 씨앗을 키우고 무엇이 싹트는지 보는 것이다! 씨앗을 심고 난 다음 팀은 햇볕을 쬐게 해주고 물을 준다. 씨앗에게 음악을 틀어줘 격려를 해주니 들판에서 싹이 나더니 플루트, 바이올린 심지어 하프시코드까지 자라난다.

할로윈을 맞아 리틀 아인슈타인 팀과 로켓은 사탕을 얻으러 간다. 하지만 발사 직전에 으스스한 음악이 들려온다. 그것은… 유령이다! 우리 임무는 궁에서 사탕을 얻는 것과 유령에게서 벗어나는 것. 팀과 로켓은 발진했지만, 유령은 점점 늘어나 넷이 된다!

음악 거품이 레오, 준, 퀸시를 대서양 건너편으로 휙 보내려고 하고 애니는 아이들을 구해내야 한다. 애니는 첫 번째 단독 임무에 착수한다!

리틀 아인슈타인 팀은 캠핑 중에 달에게 줄 선물을 가진 조그마한 쥐를 만난다. 이번 임무는 쥐를 달에 보내주는 것이다. 야간 비행을 떠난 팀원들은 음악 롤러코스터, 으스스한 숲을 맞닥뜨리고 심지어 마터호른에서 곤돌라까지 탄다! 마침내 팀원들은 쥐를 달로 데려다주고 쥐는 달에게 반짝이는 별들로 가득한 상자를 선물한다.

나쁜 기사가 좋은 기사를 성안에 가뒀다는 것을 알게 된 팀원들은 좋은 기사를 구하는 것을 이번 임무로 삼는다. 팀은 중세 성으로 가서 마법에 걸린 열쇠를 찾아낸 다음 기사를 구하기 위해 성을 기습한다. 하지만 나쁜 기사가 좋은 기사를 가두려고 성 주변에 온갖 덫을 놓아두었으니 조심해야 한다. 팀은 나쁜 기사의 덫을 꾀를 내어 이기고 좋은 기사를 구출한다.

팀은 산타가 애니의 선물 상자를 떨어뜨린 눈 덮인 히말라야산맥으로 간다. 친구들은 애니의 선물을 찾아주기 위해 각자 소원을 하나씩 희생한다.

아이들은 레오가 어렸을 때 가지고 놀던 장난감 로켓을 발견한다. 아이들과 마찬가지로 성장한 로켓에겐 집이 필요하다.

Will the Kids ever turn back into their normal sizes?

The kids go on a Rocket Safari in Africa. But trying to make a pathway for the wildebeest, Rocket gets stuck while blocking the water. So the team try to get the biggest animals in Africa to free Rocket from the cold water with some help from Bumblebee.
