For transparency I'm posting this thread to show and explain what I have done.

Upon checking this show today I noticed 8 cast member (who I have listed below) credited ahead of the major cast/characters in the show, 14 credits vrs 12 credits. The reason is that these cast members had been added as guest cast to each and every episode, including the specials which count toward to the total number of episodes on the cast. The cast members are as follows:

• Ben Bradshaw -> Ben
• Jamie Deeks -> Jamie
• Jane Lucas -> Sheila
• Ewen MacIntosh -> Keith
• Emma Manton -> Emma
• Alexander Perkins -> Ralph
• Joel Beckett -> Lee
• Philip Pickard -> Philip

All of these cast members and while lesser characters in the show are 100% credited for each episode. So to fix the situation I have removed them from guests and added them as regular cast.
This fixes the main cast list page which now has the major cast members appearing correctly.
