As the trial into Seb's murder looms, Nina is triggered by a piece of music, which takes her back to the last day of her boyfriend's life, pushing her to retrace their steps.

A series of flashback scenes show exactly what happened the night Seb and Nina were attacked in a hate crime. Meanwhile, the lawyers prepare for battle in court.

At the police station, Nina signs her new statement, hoping it will ensure justice for Seb. As Nina takes to the witness box, will her recollection of the night stand up in court?

After Nina's cross-examined, it's Asha's turn to take to the stand. After lawyers Sabeen and Imran question her, the upset teen takes comfort in her dad Dev's arms.
