Martin Mull. Fernwood 2Nite ( see my postings) was obviously not that, that overly well directed. Seeing how it was shot a different ep every night? Mull was very engaging as host Barth Gimble. In this show he was way crappier to watch. Dig his Mr. Howell ( from Gilligan's Island) and see how ultra-vapid he is.
Lacy Goranson. This super beauty did superbly as the first Becky. But some have pointed out :what else has she ever done? In the series update she turned in a worse performance as Beckhead. Was it the original show directors after all who did the show so proud a turn with her original characterization?
Sarah Chalke. This equally great beauty to Goranson was not usually considered as great as Becky #2 but she had superb moments. The scripts had Becky more mature and there was much less flamboyant stuff for her to do than when Goranson had the role. Chalke also had a much more varied career than the original Becky and did excellent in other roles (directed by all different directors)so she really was a very fine actress.
