Binging this show its on HBO MAX and they are rebooting it! Whats everyones fav episode?

A few things I noticed it was pretty original in that it had "SMART" "INTELLIGENT" students as the stars of the show who were good looking and not your stereotypical nerds or geeks. This obviously was a smell test for shows like The Big Bang Theory to come much later on. I also noticed it was rather political with teacher Charlie Moore a starving actor who is forced to be a teacher to eat but teaches his students about the real world and deeper political views that were left liberal leaning or democratic. Always bashing Republicans and Nixon, Regan etc.

At the height of the tensions between Russia and USA they had a ton of Russia vs USA episodes competing against each other and even flying to Russia to compete against them but in the end showing a peaceful ending and message of unity or tolerance.

I heard the actor who played Mr. Moore didnt like the show and couldn't wait until he could get out of it? Why it was a solid show, pretty big hit, I'm sure he was getting paid well too?

Robin Givens was married to Mike Tyson too during the show and towards the end of his marriage found Brad Pitt in bed with her as he was a guest star on the show.

Dennis Blunden went on to produce hit shows for Nick but reports came out that he was abusive towards the kids on those shows?

Arvid, was supposedly a player in real life banging chicks and even finding out he had a love child like 20 years later LOL.

There was a comedian who supposedly was dating the actress who played Simone and she was supposedly going to film festivals with her big co-stars and gave some big A-list movie star a BJ as that was the point of the comedians rant?

Maria was hot and she ended up on the Sopranos and we got to see her naked! WOW!

The theme song was epic! Probably one of the best theme songs of all time!
