Do they know it's Christmas?

Only two episodes come to mind where it was referenced:
1- S1E09 "Dagger of the Mind".
The psychiatrist was aptly named Dr. Helen Noel.
Noel: "Doctor Helen Noel, Captain. We've met. Don't you remember the science lab Christmas party?"
2- S2E25 "Bread and Circuses".
Nothing about Christmas, but Uhura did remark:
Uhura: "I'm afraid you have it all wrong, Mister Spock, all of you. I've been monitoring some of their old-style radio waves, the empire spokesman trying to ridicule their religion. But he couldn't. Don't you understand? It's not the sun up in the sky. It's the Son of God."

Since Noel and Kirk met at a Christmas party on board Enterprise, I'd say at least part of her crew celebrates it.

Kirk does call Spock an "elf" in "The Trouble with Paradise" , although there is no evidence he is referring to a Christmas elf....

The whole Christmas story is a drug metaphor,Let it snow and the whole "snow" thing is an allusion to coke and then have a red-nosed reindeer sounds like Rudolph has been snorting too many lines

Our heroes definitely celebrate Christmas ..I love Spock's comment, worthy entry in the Spock's computer language thread.

Beat me to it, Nex. It was the first thing that came to mind when I read the title. Love the accompanying music by Dennis McCarthy, which I add to my Christmas music rotation this time of year.

Considering that Kirk knew of Halloween in Catspaw since he mentions trick or treat I think it would be safe to assume that they knew about Christmas as well
