Extra Details: 7x9 appears to be a dup of special 0x2 https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/245-the-brittas-empire/season/0/episode/2 and the one from 7x9 should be deleted.
Also, the whole of season 8 appears suspect to me. From what I know of the show there was only 7 seasons so I'm not sure what this 8th season is.

Agree with both points.
BBC website confirms "Surviving Christmas" is not part of Season 7 and there were only 7 seasons:

The episodes in Season 8 were part of a separate series called "Get Fit with Brittas":
