Season 1 and Season 2 were so vastly different, I have a difficult time deciding which I enjoyed more. (I always wish the show had gone on longer!) Season 1 was about building up the post-Pulse world, and Season 2 was about a post-Manticore world. The secondary characters in Season 2 are much stronger than in Season 1, but the plot is not as cohesive. So I guess I like both equally.
