I noticed a lot of the episode under the specials season are actually a list of a DVD release. Examples:

https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/2304-thomas-the-tank-engine-friends/season/0/episode/51
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/2304-thomas-the-tank-engine-friends/season/0/episode/52
Should these be deleted? There are others, I just didn't go through all of the season. I thought these should be added as movies and tagged as videos.

Yes, any DVD compilation release should be in the film section tagged as a video. If they're not already in the film section, then they should be added. After that, then they can be removed from the specials section.
