I just re-watched both of Eli Wallach's episodes as Mr. Freeze on MeTV. Interesting interpretation. I was more fascinated by a line of dialog in the second episode, Ice Spy. Commissioner Gordon made a comment he had to pick up his daughter, Barbara at the airport. Ice Spy was the last episode of season two, and Batgirl's first appearance was in episode one of season three. Gordon's dialog was (kinda/sorta) preparing the viewers for her appearance.

I was more interested in Leslie Parrish - Lt Palamas from original Star Trek.

We could start a Batman-Star Trek Connection thread!
3-29-67: Leslie Parrish in Batman (covered in furs) The Duo Defy/Ice Spy
9-22-67: Leslie Parrish in Star Trek: TOS (in a Greek toga) Who Mourns for Adonis?
11-16-67: Yvonne Craig in Batman (at the beach in a very nice swim suit!) Surf's Up; Joker's Under
1-3-69: Yvonne Craig in Star Trek TOS (as an exotic dancer) Whom God's Destroy

It seems you and I both notice the women.
But of course... Frank Gorshin! The Riddler, and Commissioner Bele.
