The trumpeter Torben and the saxophonist Peter are thrown out on the street from one day to the next by their band leader. Where can they find accommodation now? Torben and Peter decide to put all their eggs in one basket: They fly to Mallorca and want to become pop stars in El Arenal. However, several obstacles stand in their way, not least competitive thinking, song theft, holiday affairs and Torben's suspicious wife Ilona, who has stayed in Hamburg for the time being.

Torben und Peter werden bei ihrer Band „Boarding Time“ ausgemustert. Doch dann kommt die rettende Idee: Sie setzen alles auf eine Karte und gehen nach Mallorca, um Partysänger zu werden.
