Hello! On serienkunkies.de and on the original DVD there is an additional episode on season 1 s01e02 "The Fallen Madonna". This epsiode neither listet in season 1 nor in the specials. How can I add this episode?

"The British 'ave Come" and "The Fallen Madonna" are 2 alternate names of the 1st episode of the 1st season (which only include 7 episodes). It is already listed here under the name "The British 'ave Come".
"The British Are Coming!" is the name of the pilot episode that aired before the 1st season on December 30, 1982. It is not part of the 1st season and is listed in the special season as S00E01.
