Why We Editor Have Issue

I saw so many database editor keep adding episodes likely one show has season 1 its episodes 14 but I saw there are more than 40 even in season 2 episodes were 12 but users here add data on guess base okay fine but why can not remove because when we use API its display wrong information ____ How we can avoid this issue?

I think they added new episodes because in other country and other languages there are multiple episodes. Turkish two hours episodes divided multiple parts. Yes it's annoying, I write lots of tv series two remove unaired episodes. But no one fixing nowdays.

Report the issue when you see it (Overview -> Report). I would also recommend asking mods to contact the users adding extra episodes if it hasn't been done so we explain to them what @vitroka just said: Turkish episodes are longer than what most countries are used to, and therefore end up divided in multiple parts when broadcast aboard. They should make sure to follow the original Turkish broadcast, not the international recut.
