Two question/points about this show

Where was it filmed? I thought it originally made at MGM as the videos were MGM/UA.It turns out this show was made by United Artists. Did they use MGM studios as Twilight Zone was. ( Not silly question as Starsky and Hutch was made by Columbia but filmed at the 20th Century Fox studios.)
Other question was the good eps "A feasibility study" on OL and ' Stopover in a quiet town' on TZ copies of each other ? They had similar plots and elements right down to a car not starting due to no engine. Too much of a coincidence it seems. Interesting to find out which inspired which.

Those two episodes aired a week apart, OL episode aired on 4-13-1964 & the TZ episode on 4-24-1964.
According to Wikipedia here is a blurb about where it was filmed:
"The series was shot at KTTV (MetroMedia Square) on sound stage # 2. Season 1 had music by Dominic Frontiere, who doubled as Production Executive; Season 2 featured music by Harry Lubin, with a variation of his Fear theme for One Step Beyond being heard over the end titles."
