Overview

前武师洪十一，与一众前电影从业员兼好友钟志威、方芯、李世舫、吴锦贤聚首，为十一的亡妻缪妙举办回顾展，勾起昔日往事，众人还重组拍摄当年已创作好的《轻功》剧本。十一的子女洪翊岚、洪翊风也于此时返回老家与父亲同住，背后却各有隐瞒……十一答应收身分神秘的男子元植为徒，翊风担心元植有不轨企图，对他有所敌意。其后，缪妙竟然重现大家眼前，原来这位眼前人只是缪妙昔日的武打替身何索。何索突然出现，似有目的……
