Meanwhile, Eun-beom reflects on her complicated relationship with Ha-ra while defending the murder case that deals with complicated love and hate.

Ha-ra and Eun-beom have repeatedly agonized about having a child but eventually broke up due to a minor misunderstanding. Ha-ra decided to take on the divorce proceedings of clients who broke up and reunited several times, just like them.

Eun-beom is tormented by the breakup and eventually decides to leave the office again. Ha-ra tries to understand Eun-beom and helps him when his mother files a lawsuit due to the worsening conflict between them.
