When this comes on Adult Swim they skip seasons 1 and 2 and start with season 3? I wonder if it's because the quality of animation was so much worse in the beginning.

I'm guessing that and keeping the characters consistent. Hank was more tough and Kahn was all out mean

Also in the first episode when they introduced Luanne, she was smart enough to repair Hank’s truck. After that, they made her into the stereotypical dumb blonde.
