When Harrison breaks down, Koko volunteers to replace him on the night shift, but Vee insists that Wilson and Brewster go too. Koko protests that Brewster will slow them down and races off, but when Koko is stranded on her own, due to a power cut, Wilson and Brewster must find a way to rescue her.

Brewster, Koko and Wilson are taking the animals from the old Zoo to the new Zoo. Wilson is determined to get his animal transportation badge by taking Ebo the elephant safely to his new home. The naughty elephant has other ideas, however.

Brewster delivers some feed to the Safari Park and hurries back to practise picking up mail sacks, unaware that he has a naughty monkey stowaway on board!

The trainees are heading for a lesson with Dunbar in the training yard when an underground tunnel catches Koko's eye. She wants to explore it but Vee says she isn't ready yet. When no one is looking, Koko decides she's going to see where that tunnel goes, but ends up coming off the tracks.

Wilson and Koko are having lots of fun racing each other until Wilson damages his bogie spring. He's scared of going to the repair shed to get it fixed, so he tries to put on a brave face and ignore the problem while delivering milk to the farmers' fair.

The trainees must learn how to do difficult emergency stops with mud, leaves and water on the rails. Wilson loves getting dirty but he'll do anything he can to avoid going through the automatic Chugwash!

Koko has her first big solo job, delivering timber to the paper mill, but she ignores Old Puffer Pete's advice to take it slow and ends up coming off the track and spilling her load!

Mtambo is training Wilson and Brewster to help out as guides at the safari park. He tells them to pay close attention to what he tells them about the animals but, as usual, Wilson is impatient and slips away to take some children on a tour.

The chuggers learn how to carry passengers comfortably using dummies specially made to wobble if the ride isn't smooth. When poor Wilson struggles to drive smoothly, Eddie has an idea that just might help him.

Part of the track is out and there is chaos in Chuggington! Vee needs Eddie to repair the track but he is late for work again. As Hodge prepares the magnetic crane, Wilson persuades him to do the repairs by himself.

Eddie lives so far away from Chuggington that he just can't seem to get into work on time. After getting into trouble with Morgan yet again, Hodge and the trainees set out to find a new home for Eddie in Chuggington.

Brewster is in a hurry to get back from a job at the mountain quarry, and he doesn't believe Dunbar's lessons about braking. When his heavy load sends him downhill too fast, quick-thinking Wilson has to help his friend get stopped in time.

Koko is yearning for adventure and she just might get it, as today the chuggers are making deliveries out of town. Vee asks old Puffer Pete to join them and, during their travels, they come across a mysterious old track that leads to Old Chuggington, which is now a ghost town.

The trainees are learning how to use ice cream cars today, and the great Frostini is going to test them on their skills. When Wilson's car breaks down, Puffer Pete comes to the rescue, pulling out his old steam driven ice cream wagon.

Brewster is so excited about seeing the new Action Chugger movie, but Irving sends him to the foundry and Brewster worries he won't be back in time for the film unless he can be as speedy as his Super chugger hero.

Koko finds a lost puppy and wants to keep it. She is convinced she can look after him and practice the new task delivering newspapers, but Koko soon runs into trouble.

Everyone loves Frostini, the cool Italian ice cream chugger. Wilson wants to be just like him, so he's especially excited to learn that Frostini needs a helper for the school holidays.

When Zephie gets lost on the way to the farm, she shouts for help but no one hears her. Morgan fits her with a siren for emergencies but Zephie can't resist setting it off at every opportunity!

Twiga the giraffe is having a baby. An excited Koko is given the important job of keeping watch overnight and fetching Doctor Gosling, the vet.

Olwin takes Brewster, Wilson and Koko on an outward bound training course, but when she treats them like babies, they hide in the Old Town. It's all fun and games until a heavy fog rolls in and the trainees realise they are trapped.

A storm has left the safari park in a bit of chaos and some of the animals have escaped. Emery teases Brewster, saying one of the escapees is a dragon. The chuggers don't believe him, but when they hear a mighty roar coming from one of the tunnels, they start to think he might be right.

Koko challenges Wilson to see if they can stay awake all night. When morning comes, Wilson declares himself the winner, but then he struggles to keep his eyes open whilst doing his work.

The trainees are doing a sign reading exercise and they're promised a wonderful surprise at the end. Koko and Wilson think Brewster is too slow, but Brewster's patience pays off when he meets his hero 'Action Chugger' at the ride in movie theatre.

Wilson is asked to take refrigerated cars to the ice cream fair, but when his hero Frostini offers him a tour of the ice cream factory, he forgets all about the important job he's supposed to be doing.

The trainees are taking their passenger test and Mr Simkins, from the Ministry of Chuggers, arrives to examine them. When a faulty machine startles Koko, she fails her test and is broken hearted.

Hodge longs to prove to Eddie that he can carry out his duties on his own. But when his attempts create all manner of confusion in the training yard, Hodge must set aside his pride and own up to his mistake.

Wilson is sent to help Frostini at the ice cream factory, so that he can earn a 'helpers' badge. When he is left alone with the machinery he risks jeopardising Frostini's latest experiment.

Zephie meets a newspaper reporter who is interviewing Morgan. She ends up with his press pass, and meets Super Chugger at his new film premiere. He has to fly off to save Old Puffer Pete and Zephie hitches a lift.

A television crew have come to make a documentary about Chuggington, and Emery is chosen to show them around the yard. He is desperate for a role in the film, but when the chance arises his cheeky sense of humour threatens to alienate him from his friends.

Brewster, Koko and Wilson are training going backwards, and Wilson chooses the Fire truck. Wilson has trouble completing the task, and Harrison says to go slow. However, Wilson thinks it was the opposite and falls off the track. Morgan then fits Wilson with Wing Mirrors, and is thought off as being cool by Brewster and Koko.

Brewster has a new hobby, watching people to see what strange things they do. Vee tells Brewster, Koko and Wilson to take a delivery out to the building yard, but Brewster and Wilson are arguing about who is the best at their new hobby, and forget to make the delivery.

Vee asks for a spare engine, and Zephie arrives first. She is to take Dr Gosling on an inspection of all the animals in the Zoo. When Emery passes by, Zephie tells him what she is doing, and Emery scares her by saying the monkeys are mischievous and will steal her wipers. Zephie is upset by this and tries to stay away from the monkeys, but then wanders into the monkey enclosure and realises that the monkeys aren't as bad as Emery says. The trainees also practise using the crane cars.

Old Puffer Pete takes his wagon, called Terry, to Morgan to be repaired, but Zephie overhears Morgan talking to Lori and mishears him, and believes he will send Old Puffer Pete to the scrap yard. Brewster and Zephie then are busy all day doing his jobs and keeping him occupied. It is then found out that it's Terry that is going for scrap and Zephie and Brewster are relieved.

Chuggington is getting ready for an inspection, and it's also Emery's day off; he has trouble finding things to do, so he tries helping out, but causes more problems, causing Irving to spill his load of rubbish, Dunbar to constantly re-organize the rolling stock yard, and Eddie to spill paint. Emery hides on the elevated rail station, and finds a passenger waiting, and takes her on a tour of Chuggington. She later reveals she is the inspector, thanks Emery for his honesty and passes Chuggington with flying colours.

The trainees are training to use the Ambulance Car, and are being taught by Nurse David. However, Dubar has been shouting to Caley previously over noise from machinery, and when he yells 'Quiet' at the trainees, he loses his voice! Wilson then decides to make Dunbar feel better.

Children's animation in which the trains talk, think and don't need drivers. Mtambo longs for adventure in his life so that he has new stories to tell.

Chatsworth is tired after working hard, and goes to the depot to sleep. Olwen, meanwhile, is loading up at the quarry, and some rocks fall, and she runs off as she doesn't want to scratch her paintwork. She goes back to Chuggington and asks Vee for another chugger to do it instead. Vee asks Chatsworth to do it, but Harrison (followed by Wilson) has already taken a hopper to do the job, and Chatsworth does another job after Vee tells it to him. At the Quarry, Harrison bakes 'with style' and lodges rocks in his fuel filter. That night, nobody gets much sleep because of Harrison snoring. When Morgan fixes him, Vee said to Harrison that he would do their jobs while they slept.

Hodge and Koko challenge each other to do as many jobs as possible, with the chugger doing the most winning; however, Hodge only seems to be finding things that need fixing by Eddie that technically don't need fixing. At the end of the day, it's a draw; but Hodge magnetised Eddie's guitar, and now it's in tune; so Hodge wins!

Calley is training the Trainees for their Rescue Badge. Brewster and Zephie are practising using the crane car, and Zephie falls over, pretending to be hurt, but Brewster doesn't control the crane properly, and goes back to the depot sad. Chatsworth is on the mainline and his hopper brakes seize on a hill, and Brewster is the only one who can help - and rushes to Chatsworth's rescue with the water car.

Dunbar is training the trainees to use the new Painting wagons, and Wilson can't paint properly, and accidentally paints a moustache on Dunbar! Old Puffer Pete takes him to Old Chuggington to practise. Wilson tries to find the others, but can't, so paints his shed door instead, painting a butterfly that landed on the roof. Chatsworth comes by, and says that he can't paint it. However, Chatsworth finds him something to paint - Dunbar, Koko, Wilson and Brewster on the depot wall!

The Depot Clock is broken and there is chaos in Chuggington. The Chug Scan is also broken, and Hodge is taking it to be repaired, while Eddie finds the spare cog in Old Chuggington's clock.

The King of Buffertonia has come to take a tour of the Safari Park; however, when the king is delayed, M'tumbo takes him on a night-time tour of the Safari Park.

Dunbar has a new weather training simulator, but Wilson messes with the controls and causes a massive storm which causes problems all over Chuggington.

Puffer Pete's firebox is completely worn out and he can't move without it.

The Trainees are spending the day with Action Chugger training to be rescue chuggers. He has them endurance training, cat rescuing, and lots more besides. Action Chugger is called away, and Wilson finds the jet wings which the trainees are going to practise on...

Zephie admires the big chuggers, and wants to pull freight just like them. When she overhears Brewster being given his jobs for the day, she decides to do some of them for him, but wreaks havoc, and can't handle a van full of tiles, and crashes.

A magazine photographer is coming to Chuggington to do a feature on steam trains, and Olwin is determined to look her best for her picture. But she doesn't notice when a bottle of soap for Ebo the elephant accidentally lands in her water tank.

When Irving leaves Koko in charge of the recycling yard, she is keen to show how responsible she is, but she doesn't listen properly to his instructions.

Wilson is sent to pick up a roll of special paper for the printers, but when he finds a broken pipe gushing water, he decides to play in it.

Old Puffer Pete has been working in Chuggington for 150 years, and the Mayor wants to commemorate his anniversary with a special show.

Vee needs someone to pull the royal carriage for the Prince of Buffertonia and all the Chuggers race to get the job, but Harrison is first - thanks to cutting corners and going through a few red lights.
