Reported Problem for Season 2

Extra Details: Hi,

I just added season 2 and S02E01 in order to correct deviating from the official release data, but then discovered TMDB doesn't follow the official seasons. Please delete these both.

Episodes 31+ are officially made for season 2, but the episode numbers continue with 31 rather than going 'season 2 episode 1'. (This makes more sense for Japanese watchers as the episodes are uploaded on YouTube.)

Before doing anything I checked out the TV Bible's seasons page and then added season 2. I then added this episode (31/S02E01) and afterwards started questioning whether to follow the official episode number or restarting at 1. That's when I noticed the TV Bible's episodes page states to override the original Japanese seasons.

When the episodes numbers are continuous, all episodes are added to the same season.
