The "On Air" page says "MBS／TBS系全国28局ネットにて放送開始" or that MBS/TBS starts broadcasting on 28 stations nationwide (the 28 stations are affiliated with the Japan News Network).
I checked the schedule of all 28 stations during the first cours and the episodes I checked were listed as airing at the same time in all stations.
