Jethro's twin sister moved in with the Clampetts in the first season, but soon left to return to her sweetheart Jazzbo Depew.
It seems in rewatches they tend to skip over this character arch. I know they show the pilot yet I can't recall seeing this character ever on the show. I remember her in the movie and talked about throughout the series.
Did her presence change the caste dynamic?

There were 11 Jethrine episodes in the first season, Max Baer got tired of it and Paul Henning agreed the joke had run its course so Jethrine was quickly written out.

Jethrine was funny! I love the dubbed over female voice. 😄

That was the voice of very beautiful Linda Kaye Henning. A creepy thing. Max Baer had a real life sister named Maxine. Some believe that Maxine stepped in and played Jethrene a few times. in a scene or two I feel similar about a soap star named Beverlee McKinsey and her own sister in shows BM starred in.
