Where does it say the episode was originally aired as "Northwest Passage"?

"The original title for the pilot movie (and for the series as a whole) was Northwest Passage. It was later changed to Twin Peaks. This title was reused by Germany when assigning titles to the episodes." Found on https://twinpeaks.fandom.com/wiki/Pilot

I quote your link: "Originally, the show was entitled Northwest Passage and set in North Dakota, but the fact that a town called Northwest Passage really exists prompted a revision in the script." and "The original title for the pilot movie (and for the series as a whole) was Northwest Passage. It was later changed to Twin Peaks. This title was reused by Germany when assigning titles to the episodes."

But, when did this change occur ? Before or after the first broadcast ? What was the on-screen title used at the time of the original broadcast ?
