Episode Naming

Hi all,
I'd like to start adding more information to EastEnders. But before that I'd like to know what is the correct naming for the Episodes? Years ago when I added some to TheTVDB, I added them with the naming convention like so "Tue 7 Jan, 1986".
At the time this was the correct naming.
Some examples that I've seen are: Tue 7 Jan, 1986 January 7, 1986 Episode 93 - January 7, 1986 Episode 93 - Tue 7 Jan, 1986
And I can't really find any info in the guidelines, that apply to this kind of show. So I'll ask here before I start :-)
