Not a bad ep, but I wish that Kennan had been more appreciative of the ball before hand. I know he wanted his dad to be happy, but he was trying his hardest to switch it back from his uncle, destroyed it, made a new one and after that finally cared about.

Kel 'accidentally not switched the presents', so Uncle Louie still had the valuable baseball, that he intended to display for all to see. Then Kenan made a fake Babe Ruth baseball, so that his father wouldn't find out it was missing.
Later his father gave it - the fake ball - to him as a birthday gift.
"My father gave it to me and now I'm passing it on to you, son."
"Isn't that ironic."
"It's the greatest gift ever."
