Discuss Fringe

Currently rewatching the show for the first time since it stopped airing. It's quite nice to watch it and not have to wait a week, a month etc for a new episode. Because I'd only ever seen each episode once it's like I'm watching the show for the first time. Peter Bishop has got to be one of my favorite tv characters. He's hilarious. Watching S01E12 right now. I heard Netflix removed it, luckily I always buy my favorite shows on bluray (or DVD) once they have finished. Nothing better than owning your own physical copy.

It's been a while since I've done a rewatch, but during its original run, I stopped mid season 2. Then I went back after the series finale and watched the whole thing on Netflix. I really enjoyed watching this show, but I couldn't handle watching it an episode a week.

Fringe Bingeing is the only way to go. :)

Just started rewatching as well :) Fringe was one of my favorite shows ever, and yes it is good to be able to binge watch it :D

funny, I've never re-watched it, even though i loved it.

You are my very favourite thing is one of the most moving moments I've ever seen on screen.

I loved the cow so, what became of her, I forgot?

This is definitely one of the most touching scenes I've ever watched on a show :')

finished rewatching. now i love fringe even more than before. perfect balance of sci fi, dystopia, drama, comedy and aventure :) i had forgotten many details from seasons 4 and 5 (the plot does get thicker as time goes by). as for the cow, @k_who: she was trapped in amber the whole time, maybe when time was reset she showed up at the lab again and lived happily ever after with astrix (hehe) looking after her :)

The first four seasons were great. Season 5 not so much...

I'm finally getting around to it. Starting to run out of quality scifi shows. The first season is a bit clunky but I'm assuming it pulls together by season 2, right?

This is one of my favorite shows! I was sad that it wasn't renewed. Yes, there were some things that bugged me, mainly the parallel/alternate universe. There were some others but I don't want to spoil them for you.

OK. On to season 2! Leonard Nimoy, Meghan Markle! I really enjoyed how the show went from being kind of a dry CBS-type procedural to a crazy good show. It's like they let the actors flex a bit and all of a sudden the show was great 5 episodes into season 1.

I had forgotten about her, she was in the first two episodes of season 2. I went & looked at some images from those episodes & I do remember the character. This was still 2 years before her appearance in Suits.

I was worried they replaced Charlie but I guess that's not the case. This show is like the grandfather to the show 12 Monkeys. I should have watched this first.

I don't remember that TV series (although I remember hearing about the 1995 movie), probably because I no longer had cable when it aired on SyFy. I do have Hulu, maybe I will give it a go?

Yes. You should watch it! So good.

Season 3 was incredible. I hope it's not all downhill from here....
