It says in this article it won't be aired until June/July of 2019, so it's not ever as if it will be aired in early '19. I guess they had to can that season or whatever Wendy Williams guest judged because Weinstein own those episodes.

Yeah, I know. It doesn't make me sad, because PR Allstars doesn't have Heidi, and Tim was MIA in one season of PR. It's no big loss for me. I just want my PR -- Now!

Hmm... don't get me wrong, I love Tim, but when he took his break from PR, I didn't necessarily miss him. I think the contestants onscreen confessional and disses make the show for me.
