Extra Details: Currently, e13 and 14 have (1) and (2) on the title when those "part" episodes should apply on e15 and 16 for the 2 episodes for "The One That Could Have Been". That second "The One That Could Have Been" episode is missing and should be e16 and the ones after it move up a number.

We are going as per the original broadcast of this series.
On this archived page as well as this one, the season 6 episode "The One That Could Have Been" appears as a single episode without mention of parts. This is also confirmed by this newspaper snippet from the day of the broadcast.
