There's lots. But my main favourites:
Ross in the leather Pants.
Ross and his bleached teeth.
Ross's new girlfriend who lived in a pig sty.
The one where Chandler was trying to get rid of his nutty room mate Eddie ( I think his name was)..
and the one where everyone finds out about Chandler and Monica.

My favorite is the one with Ross's sandwich. I also love the one where he throws a party for the jerks in his building and no one comes

Is it me, or did the episode about Eddy feel a little too far? Like they were making fun of a potentially, mentally challenged person. and just kicked out all of his stuff. When I was younger (~13) I thought it was very funny), but on rewatches it felt like Joey and Chandler were mean.

Phoebe's boyfriend who always wore shorts that showed a bit too much.
All Chandler's, Ross's and Joey's reactions were priceless. Gunther had the best line too: "Hey buddy, this is a family place. Put the mouse back in the house."

The one after Superbowl. The scene at the zoo where the zoo keeper tried to bribe Ross on the where abouts of Marcel... Hilarious..

I love the one with Brad Pitt, where Rachel finds out he and Ross started an anti-Rachel club. They played so well off each other. The one with Alec Baldwin and the Gellar's 35th anniversary. Charlie Sheen and the chicken pox. Where they go to Vegas to surprise Joey. The one where Joey doesn't realize that is not how they tailor pants. Oh man, I could go on for hours!
