I can't believe Therese didn't use her pin.I mean how could she be so STUPID?She ended up asking the other contestants if she should use it.And they weren't any help either. One of them just said "It's your choice.". I mean why say that?Wouldn't it make more sense to say "Yes,use it."?Maybe it was a way of sabotaging her and getting her out of the competition? And then one of the contestants says to the camera "Therese use your pin!".Why not say that out loud? I don't know, this all seems very suspicious to me.

We haven't got the latest series of AMC over here in Britain - I am a big fan of the show but I do believe that it is stage-managed to encourage viewers to love or hate the contestants - they don't do it so obviously as MKR Australia which has become a soap opera rather than a cookery competition - but they have to add drama and apprehension to keep viewers interested.

It is also fixed. I am currently on Ep 12 of a re-run and Pete has shone consistently whereas Justin has had one success making mayonnaise. He spends most of his time scraping through in the middle of the pack. They say that you are judged on your last dish - how stupid is that? - so you can make a hundred great dishes and if your last dish is bad you lose. But if you make a hundred bad dishes and one good one you're the champion? Who would you employ?
