...huh? It doesn't work that way. Claire and Alex are likely sure...but as of right now the only person actually slated to appear in the show is Jody. For all we know they want a new cast of characters for her to foster. But as of right now (this was in the link) she's the only confirmed character.

I didn't say I was sure, I just mentioned two already orphaned young women that Jody fosters. Whether they'll be co-starring with her remains to be seen.

I like all those characters but wonder how exactly this spinoff will work. Jody has experience with the supernatural thanks in part to how she was first introduced way back when and the demise and resurrection of her family etc. and Claire has some experience too but she is not an experienced hunter. As for the other girl isn't she a vampire??? Not that all vampires and other supernatural creatures are bad but I'm still not seeing how this storyline is going to play out to make a series.

So last episode we got the first appearance of Patience, who will be a regular cast member of the spinoff. Not sure about her dad, since the actor has a recurring role on Arrow, but maybe they'll allow him to do both (both are filmed in Canada, right)?
