According to the Bible, there's no mention of a messiah, nor does it say anything about them being demon-like. It does however depict them as giants/warriors, so I guess it's a question of interpretation, meaning it can go either way?

Looks like Cas has his mojo back now though. :) So there is that.
Yep, I also don't think he will be 'duped' about the baby. If he has his full powers back won't he be able to do what needs to be done if things head south?

Seems like the baby just might be as powerful, if not more so, than Lucie himself. So.. I doubt it.

I agree that the baby is just as powerful if not more than Luci, considering it infused Cas with the power to destroy Dagon. I also believe that the baby is like Dagon said, neither good or bad, just needing the right nurturing. I've got a feeling that he'll also be the one to full end Lucifer.
Well, Lucifer could have killed Dagon without even being in her presence, as he demonstrated when he caused her incredible pain, even while being Crowley's captive. Killing Dagon doesn't mean the baby's more powerful than Lucifer.

Um, what? Lucifer can literally kill angels just by looking at them, as he's done numerous times before. Do you even watch the show?
Every single episode. Seasons 1-10 twice.
Killing is different, to me, than actually empowering. Surely some sort of divine influence is required to give Cas his mojo back. I just wonder if it's a permanent or temporary fix.

Was frankly getting tired of him being castrated. It's more fun when he has his juice.

He didn't give Cas his "mojo" back. He took control of Cas temporarily and killed Dagon. Cas clearly said it wasn't him, it was the baby.

He still had powers after the fact though. He could heal the guys and knock 'em out. Residual effect, then?

Cas was always able to do that.
