That's true, that's a good one. Maybe just be like Magnus and keep it in a museum? Never thought of them trying to replicate it either. But if they have the original in their hands why bother? If it gets lost or stolen?

Well if they can replicate it, the could mass produce it, and arm all of their "soldiers" with one. They could wipe out a lot of monsters then.

But I suspect they do secretly have a plan for it.

I like it that we have a LIKE button. Angel, I like your thinking on mass producing it and handing it around. But I loved the authenticity of the Colt, it was unique there wasn't another like it. Not much point otherwise if they don't have a plan, I so agree.

I liked the uniqueness of it as well, but then they introduced the demon knife, then angel swords, etc. They used up the limited amount of bullets, then learned how to make more.

Still, I kind of like it being around again, after all these years. It was such a big part of the first two seasons.

What five things will it not kill? Arch Angels (or just Lucifer)? What are the other things, I assume we don't know them all, because the Alpha tried a fake out, claiming it couldn't kill him.

I think it's the archangel's the horsemen and now as you say the Alpha Vamp which I am so sad to see go. From Memory. I love the Colt and pleased they did weave it back into the story. Seeing Sam fire that bullet was like flashing back to the past.

But we know the Alpha Vamp CAN be killed by the Colt. What are the five things that cannot?

As I said above I think its ALL the Horsemen, Paestlillance, Death, Famine 4th I cannot remember and Lucifer I seem to recall YED was killed by Dean with the Colt in the head? Someone might correct me on that one. So as time goes by it might end up being more than 5 supernatural beings the Colt 'CAN' kill.

I thought we knew it COULD kill far more than 5? I thought it was 5 things that it CANNOT kill?

I hadn't thought of the four horsemen counting as 4 separate things.

I believe the five things may be more like categories.

1. Angels/Archangels
2. Horsemen 3.Leviathan 4.Deities/Eve
3. Knights of Hell

They simply want it. It's a powerful weapon and they are into powerful weapons. Also they are smug enough to feel only THEY can truly be worthy of harboring such a device.

They don't even know how to make bullets for it, so I doubt it.
