フィラデルフィアの都会からウィトウィッキーという田舎町に引っ越してきたマルト一家。ママ（ドット）は夢だった自然保護官の仕事をはじめ、パパ（アレックス）もママの新しい仕事を応援している。だが、お兄ちゃんのロビーは新しい生活に馴染めず家出を試みる。止めに来た妹のモーと一緒に家に帰る途中でクモのロボットたちに襲われ、不思議な洞窟にたどり着く。/ ロビーとモーがたどり着いた不思議な洞窟で謎の石に触れると、新たなトランスフォーマー「ツウィッチ」と「スラッシュ」が誕生する。喜んだふたりはツウィッチとスラッシュを家に連れて帰る。同じ頃、ディセプティコンを捕獲していたオプティマスプライムもクモのロボットに襲われ危機感を抱き、かつての戦友であるドットのもとを訪れる。するとそこに現れたのはメガトロンで…… / 森の中でツウィッチは、ドローンをスキャンし、ビークルモードに変形する。スラッシュはビークルモードを探すために街へ行くが、クモのロボット・スパイダーロボに襲われてしまう。そして二人の存在がトランスフォーマーたちにバレてしまい… / GHOST（ゴースト）の本部に運ばれる予定だったツウィッチとスラッシュ。しかし、途中でマンドロイドに捕らわれてしまう。ツウィッチとスラッシュを助けるため、オプティマスとメガトロン、ロビーとモーの母親・ドットが乗り込み、マンドロイドと戦いを繰り広げる。そして戦いの中、スラッシュはついにビークルモードに変形する。

ツウィッチとスラッシュの教育係になったバンブルビーは、まだ思い通りにトランスフォームできない二人を訓練しようとするが、二人は牧場の子牛と遊んでばかりで訓練に真面目に取り組もうとしない。そんな中、“マルトさんちのゲーム大会”が開催される。 / “マルトさんちのゲーム大会”に参加したバンブルビー。ゲーム中にも訓練をやめないためみんなを怒らせてしまう。怒って出て行ったツウィッチが牧場の柵を誤って壊してしまい、子牛のフワ耳ちゃんを含む牛たちが逃げ出してしまう。バンブルビーたちは一緒に救出に向かう。そんな中、ツウィッチは線路に足がはさまって動けないフワ耳ちゃんをみつけ、救出を試みるが…

遊びに夢中で家を壊してしまったスラッシュとツウィッチ。ドットは、マルト一家のルールをみんなで確認し、新しいルールとしてテランたちが家に入るのは禁止にすることに。ルールを破ったモーとスラッシュは外出禁止令を出されるも、外に飛び出してしまい… / 外出禁止令を破って家を飛び出したモーとスラッシュはスインドルに出会う。スインドルを連れて帰った二人だが、バンブルビーとスインドルが戦い始めてしまう。家族のルールに疑問を持つスラッシュ。ついにマルト一家が対立してしまうことに…。

悪い夢を見たロビーはツウィッチと夜の散歩に出る。そこでGHOST（ゴースト）のシュローダーにツウィッチの姿を見られてしまう。次の日、シュローダーから離れる道中でロビー、モー、ツウィッチ、スラッシュは落とし穴に落ちてしまい…？ / 訓練に呼び出されたドットはGHOST（ゴースト）の本部を案内してもらいながら、オプティマスがGHOSTと組むと決めた本当の思いを聞かされる。一方ロビー、モー、スラッシュ、ツウィッチはGHOST本部内で捜査官たちに見つかってしまう。

マルト家は毎年恒例の夜の闇モンスター「ワックワック」退治に出かける。その話を聞いたツウィッチは、家族の「伝統」に興味を持つ。ロビーがゲームに夢中で相手にしてくれなかったため一人で、パパとバンブルビーを追いかけ森の切り株に向かう。森の中をさまよっていると、ツウィッチのビークルモードであるドローンを作ったホイルジャックに遭遇する。 / 森で偶然ホイルジャックと出会ったツウィッチ。ホイルジャックを「パパ２号」と呼んで慕い、一緒にクモロボットを捕まえに行く。ツウィッチはホイルジャックと話すうちに、自分の存在自体に疑問を持つようになる。一方、アレックスとバンブルビーは森でワックワック退治に励む。あとから森に入って来たロビーがクモロボットに襲われていたところにアレックスが現れて……
