I don't know if you want to move it to the "special" season here on TMDB, but either way it shouldn't be listed twice. I would recommend keeping it in season 2 since they do several "specials" during a normal season, like "Stand Up to Cancer Celebrity Special" etc.

(Also, please note that the episode listed under "specials" has the wrong air date, it aired on the 24th, not the 23rd.)
