Oh geez. A whole other issue being discussed there as well that I disagree with: the entire series should absolutely not be part of a single season. The show itself acknowledges individual seasons in the title cards; the numbering of the episodes is completely orthogonal to how they should be grouped.

I'm not interested in arguing this with people who clearly only care about making some set of rules that applies to every show and doesn't make sense for most, and apparently don't even watch the shows they're making these arguments about. I think this just solidified my decision to not use TMDB for my home media server.
