At some point he's going to willingly take the fall for everything and allow Frank to get away unscathed.

Stamper was loyal to a fault for Frank, but with Claire, well, maybe we'll never find out now anyway. I don't understand why they can't just eject Spacey and continue the show either without Frank Underwood or with someone else playing Frank.
