City Counselor??

All this murder, madness, and mayhem is about Kai becoming a city counselor?? That's their\his fiendish plan?? Nothing grander?? Oh sure he says it is a beginning and so forth but really... I'd prefer simply bat s**t crazy religious nut job over some notion that becoming a city counselor would rally people around him!
Very weak motivation. Sucks the air out of the just getting it's breath season.

Then by using his ":method" to become President he'll have to engineer the murders of thousands! I personally would prefer his motive be anarchy - just the breakdown of the system. But... he loves the system, Trump in office. Oh well...
