Where the heck did Oliver get Kryptonite?

Like, how did he even know about Kryptonite let alone find some way to aquire it when there shouldn't be any on Earth 1?And no one really bothers to question how he got it. It almost feels like the writers aren't trying sometimes.

From his quiver of unlimited all purpose arrows of course. He always has the exact right number of each type of arrow he needs. I think that's his actual superpower. Super-preparing.

There's nothing wrong with being super prepared but it's not like he's psychic. I guess the Legends might have had some kind of information on Krypton available on the Waverider and could've been able to synthesize some but an explanation would've been nice.

It's not like he knows someone that could breach to another earth and get some for him. Right? Besides we have no idea what the history of Krypton was in Earth 1's universe. In all likelihood it still exploded and took everyone with it -OR- it exploded and threw off the trajectory of Kara and Kal-El's ships. Still resulting in Kryptonite on Earth 1.

Oliver is a smart person. Hes usually on top of it as hes Batman in the universe. He does indeed have the resources to not only find out about Kryptonite but also obtain it.
After first meeting Supergirl in Invasion and training against her. Its logical to assume Oliver looked further into her background. Cisco couldve breached him, Team Arrow and Flash work together often, sure topics arise. Arrow team is smart, couldve duplicated Kara's breach device. Earth 38 everyone knows about Kryptonite. He couldve easily figured out how to get it. And whose to say Earth 1 doesnt have some sort of meteor comparable to pure Kryptonite.

I remember in Invasion Oliver and Kara werent on the same page. The entire Earth 1 heroes got stomped by her in training sessions. Why wouldnt he want to research her weaknesses or ask Team flash about it
