I figured the whole "I'm retiring as the Green Arrow" thing would last a few episodes at best but it's still going. When it was revealed that Slade was back, I was excited by the prospect of Oliver getting back into action again but then the first episode focused more on Dinah and the boring Vigilante plot despite the episode being called "Deathstroke Returns".
This week, we got more Deathstroke but we still keep cutting back to the B plot in Star City and Oliver was barely even in the episode.
It's starting to feel like he's getting pushed out of his own show. Has Stephen Amell been busy with another project or something?

I agree. I would like to see him back s Green Arrow full time. I also don't care for the whole son story line. It's just another distraction IMO.

I am mid Series 3 and I am already bored of the endless fights and flashbacks which this show seems to consist of. I suspended my disbelief when Oliver lost his business because he didn't go to a board meeting - I mean billionaires don't have legal counsel or diversify their assets or buy property or have millions stashed away in Swiss bank accounts or anything silly like that - and I only laughed a little bit when he declared his love for Felicity - it was just a little titter when his "secret" became known to half of Starling City. Now the inmates are taking over the asylum and Oliver is no longer in charge. When supporting actors believe that they are the real stars of the show they condemn the show to death. I am really struggling to keep watching this and from other posts it seems like it isn't going to get any better.

Wait until you get to the flash forwards with Ollie's son and daughter. You'll miss the flashbacks.
