House M.D. is an alternative title (which is on the alternate titles page) and House is the original title. Nothing to change.

Pourtant sur la page IMDB il est bien écrit House M.D ( original title ) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0412142/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Our rules are a little bit different. It may be the original title per the opening credits, but as far as I remember, House was pretty much always used by the network (at least in the last few years).
