• Spanish dubs announce the series (in the intro), like "Agentes de S.H.I.E.L.D.", without Marvel prefix.
• But about the Title, each Spanish provider takes one or two seasons and then each one decides to name the series differently.
  • Fox says "Agentes de S.H.I.E.L.D." in ads but in its web is "MARVEL'S AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D." https://www.foxtv.es/series/fox/marvel-agents-of-shield
  • Mediaset (MiTele) use the "Marvel Agentes de SHIELD" without "-" or points in the name. https://www.mitele.es/series-online/marvel-agentes-de-shield/
  • Cuatro like "Marvel: Los agentes de SHIELD" https://www.cuatro.com/marvel-agentes-de-shield/

A disaster as you see. I propose "Marvel - Agentes de S.H.I.E.L.D." to maintain all the series of the MCU with the same prefix.
