"The Walking Dead" isn't gonna feel right without Rick Grimes... in my opinion, they should pay Andrew Lincoln to stay around for one last season, rather than go through a bunch of additional seasons without him that all suck... I know this is straying from the original thread topic, but you guys were talking about people leaving....

I think Andrew Lincoln wanted to leave on his own accord, no amount of money offered was never going to get him to stay, it makes me wonder if something is up with this series. When the lead leaves, something must have happened. It wouldn't have been so bad if Andrew came out and made an announcement, it was just so abrupt that he was leaving.

Kirkman never intended for the Rick Grimes character to last...which makes sense. One single character can't continue to live out everyone around them in the ZA world. Daryl will outlast Rick and Maggie.

And, Gimple isn't going anywhere.
