For me its Paulie, hands down. He had some of the best lines and the way he delivered them was comedy gold. Just re-watched Commendatori episode where he, Tony, and Chris go over to Italy. He's drinking coffee at the outdoor cafe, tries to start of a cordial conversation with the locals. they look at him like he's a piece of crap then he mumbles to them under his breath. "C*cksuckers"
