There are 9 episodes on sky.com: https://www.sky.com/watch/title/series/209a6f87-482d-4d60-8dfb-430427267278/never-mind-the-buzzcocks-209a6f87-482d-4d60-8dfb-430427267278/episodes/season-2/episode-8

The 9th one on Sky's website is the 8th one that aired, but I don't believe the Joel Corry, Joel Dommett, Lady Leshurr episode has aired (so it will be the 9th one aired)... unless I totally missed it.

I expect it'll be a classic case of the "official" order not matching the "originally aired" order, and I bet it will be causing controversy on this board for years to come. Unless that episode never airs.

Episodes have been locked.

According to Wikipedia and British Comedy Guide, the episode was apparently burnt off and aired on Sky Max 2:15 am on Dec. 29.

The Sky TV Guide seems to confirm this as on a Dec. 29 archive of the TV Guide page, an episode labeled "Season 2 | Episode 9" aired at 2:15 am.

I say seems because the Sky website is a mess. The episode titled "Joel Corry, Joel Dommett & Lady Leshurr" is numbered as episode 8 and has the thumbnail and description of Hannah Waddingham's episode. The episode titled "Ian Broudie, Hannah Waddingham & Melanie Blatt" is numbered as episode 9, has a matching (i.e. correct) description but has no thumbnail and no "Watch" or "Download" options. And both episodes are labeled as (S2, ep. 8) when viewing the details.

I'm going to go with Wikipedia and British Comedy Guide on this one as the episode that aired on Dec. 29 at 2:15 am (this one) is the only one without a "Watch" or "Download' option. I also believe it was the Lady Leshurr episode since it was labeled as "Season 2 | Episode 9" on the archive TV guide listing when Episode 8 was the finale.

Production episode S02E07 (Joel Corry, Joel Dommett & Lady Leshurr) has still never aired. The listings never said it would but for some reason every source (excluding Sky themselves) seem to have picked it up.
