乌冬连锁店“东京制面所”，店长休产假，缺席了2个月。打工的领队青井（柳俊太郎饰）接到新店长要来的电话。而到来的是，前一份工作是拥有酒店服务员这一特殊经历的赤松（吉野北人饰）。虽然说“工作的内容我都记住了”，但像酒店职员一样“接待客人太认真了”。这让青井完全无法投入工作。于是，兼职的黄本（江上敬子饰）、打工的绿川（奥野壮饰）和桃田（秋田汐梨饰）等人也像给店长擦屁股一样，被任命了新的岗位。始终被牵着鼻子走的青井他们会怎么样？

Tokyo Seimenjo is a udon franchise restaurant with the motto "Quick, cheap, and delicious." The restaurant has a lot of regular customers, but their manager has been on maternity leave for the past two months and a reliable staff member has just quit. The four other staff members, Haruto Aoi, Yoshio Midorikawa, Rin Momota, and Setsuko Kimoto, feel uneasy about the situation. At that time, 27-year-old Kotarō Akamatsu is sent to the restaurant as the new manager. He previously worked for a hotel, which is the parent company of Tokyo Seimenjo. Kotarō Akamatsu assures the staff that he knows how things work at a restaurant, but he works there like he is still working at a hotel.
