The King is a mighty hunter, but he still needs to bag a unicorn. With the help of Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey, he takes to the jungle. When a unicorn is spotted, they leave the King to fend for himself.

After the Colonel gets hit on the head thanks to Breezly, his personality changes radically, now believing Breezly is his friend, and welcoming into the Camp. Soon, however, he is hit on the head again, and he returns to normal.

The King and Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey try to find a lion for The Queen's new lion rug.

It's the Colonel's birthday, and Breezly is planning a surprise party, alongside some of the Camp Frostbite soldiers. The Colonel, not knowing any of this, doesn't waste any opportunity to kick Breezly out of the base.

The King feels sad and Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey plans him a happy birthday. A villain tries to kill The King on his big day.

Peter essaie une nouvelle machine spatio-temporelle et se retrouve dans le vieil ouest de l'Arizona. Peter saute du ballon et atterrit sur le vengeur du village, Senor El Zingo, et le neutralise. Peter prend la place du vengeur pour affronter le méchant Don Jose el Tic-tac-taco. Le méchant est tué par le cri de l'ouragan hippopotame de Peter. Peter envoie également El Zingo, qui n'a rien à faire maintenant, à Don José.

The Colonel gets a two weeks leave for Hawaii. Breezly and Sneezly accidentally get locked into his trunk, and follow him to the island. There, they try to help him enjoy his vacation, but all of their plans backfire.

Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey makes a car for The King to ride in. They test it out, and the car runs out of control.

So-So fait tourner la machine spatio-temporelle et envoie le ballon aux temps préhistoriques. Peter enlève une épine du pied d'un dinosaure. Maintenant, ils ne peuvent pas se débarrasser du dinosaure reconnaissant mais sont ravis quand le dinosaure sauve Peter d'un homme des cavernes attaquant. Le dinosaure, imitant le hurlement d'ouragan hippopotame de Peter, suce accidentellement le ballon dans son ventre. Peter et So-So, sur le ballon toujours à l'intérieur du dinosaure, flottent.

Breezly dresses up a General to enter the base and see the end of a movie. The Colonel mistakes him for General Snooper, who was supposed to come that day for a surprise inspection.

Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey build a robot butler for the king. The butler, however, gets out of control, and things get crazy fast.

A seal escapes a traveling sideshow that passes by the King’s palace, so when the King jumps into the royal pool, he lands on the seal, so the King’s guards must remove it.

Camp Frostbite gets a new mascot: Socko, a goat who is trained to keep Breezly Bruin out of the base. Socko does just that, always butting Breezly with his horns, and would do just about anything as long a he is rewarded with a rutabaga.

Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey guard the King when he becomes a superhero through wizard magic.

Breezly decides to take Sneezly to the Camp Frostbite infirmary to cure him of his allergies. When the Colonel walks in on them, they disguise themselves as a doctor and a nurse, and try to cure the Colonel.

The king of the neighboring kingdom invades because it always rains in his kingdom. He comes with a giant mechanical knight who bashes Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey. But they win in the end.

Peter et So-So rencontrent Christophe Colomb, qui nomme Peter comme son émissaire auprès de certains Indiens hostiles. Peter échoue dans les négociations jusqu'à ce qu'il recoure à son cri d'ouragan hippopotame. Le chef indien capitule et signe le traité de paix. Columbus donne à Peter le titre de Don Peter Potamus.

Peter et So-So débarquent en Amérique à l'époque de la Révolution. Peter et So-So ont fait passer le mot que les tuniques rouges venaient de leur ballon. Ils sont abattus par des soldats britanniques. Ils échappent aux poursuites en portant des uniformes britanniques, mais sont ensuite chassés vers leur ballon par les troupes américaines.

Peter et So-So se retrouvent en Amérique coloniale, où ils rencontrent Miles Standoffish. Il veut épouser Priscilla, mais elle refuse de devenir sa femme à moins qu'il ne puisse prouver qu'il est un bon pourvoyeur. Peter l'aide en utilisant l'Hippo Hurricane Holler pour rassembler le gibier sauvage. Priscilla accepte d'épouser Miles, mais à la fin, tout ce qu'elle voulait, c'était qu'il fasse toutes les tâches ménagères pendant qu'elle le harcelait à mort.

Peter et So-So échappent à un missile à l'aide de la machine spatio-temporelle et finissent par rencontrer Guillaume Tell. Parce que William ne parvient pas à retirer son chapeau devant le roi, il est puni de tirer une pomme sur la tête de son fils. Comme c'était la faute de Peter, William oblige Peter à prendre sa place et tire une pomme sur la tête de So-So. Peter manque et est poursuivi à la fois par le roi et William. Son cri d'ouragan hippopotame provoque une avalanche, ce qui leur permet de s'échapper.
