Extra Details: Somebody, please check the guest cast for S1E4 of Mieruko-chan. I have entered "Makoto Koichi" as "Kyousuke's Friend A", however, the kanji name on the end roll was using a different character. I assumed that "小市 真琴 (Makoto Koichi)" on the main episode was a typo of "小市眞琴 (Makoto Koichi)" or currently entered one.

@SM-SYaKo , I've checked other anime databases and Makoto Koichi is also shown as voicing the role of Kyousuke's friend A. Besides, she has been credited as 小市 真琴 in other anime roles that are listed on her agency profile (Pet and カードキャプターさくら クリアカード編) , so we can safely assume that she is actually 小市 眞琴 (Makoto Koichi), be it a variant in her name or just a misspelling of it. I will add 小市 真琴 in the 'also known' section.
