Season 1 of Locke the Superman: New World Command premiered on August 22, 1991.

Locke and the four espers are gathered together after their memories are suddenly erased. They are ordered to eliminate a person called "Tour" in exchange for his memories. However, it was a trap set by Lan, a genius programmer from the Galactic Federation.
