At Himaraya Third Technical School, five bespectacled members of the Glasses club are crazy about eyewear. Their leader, Akira Souma, founded the club to develop the X-ray glasses of his dreams, but their research has been slow in between getting into quirky escapades and fighting off student body president William Satou's attempts to further cut their tight club funding. With unbounded youthful passion, these friends set their minds on making their project a resounding success.

　　平日里温文尔雅，但经常会突然暴走的镰谷光希（宫田幸季 配音）、非常喜欢吃甜点，做任何事情都温温吞吞的钵岭拓磨（田丸笃志 配音）、看上去不好接近，但个性其实意外的温柔的三锅友纪也（诹访部顺一 配音）、性格大大咧咧，完全无法解读周围气场的木全隼人（木村良平 配音），在社长的努力之下，眼镜舍很快就被这些眼镜男们塞满了。

Für Akira Souma ist seine Brille nicht nur eine Sehhilfe oder gar eine Art Accessoire, sondern regelrecht eine Lebenseinstellung. Um die Erfindung zu ehren, hat er deshalb sogar einen Brillenclub - den Meganebu - an seiner Schule gegründet, der das große Ziel verfolgt eine Röntgenbrille zu entwickeln und so allen anderen zu zeigen, wie großartig es doch ist, Brillenträger zu sein.

Seu líder, Akira Souma, fundou o clube para desenvolver os óculos de raio-X de seus sonhos, mas sua pesquisa tem sido lenta entre entrar em aventuras peculiares e lutar contra as tentativas do presidente do corpo estudantil William Satou de cortar ainda mais o financiamento apertado do clube.
