节目以“日常与休假之间”为主题，第一季防弹少年团在位于江原道春川的度假别墅Lake192度过七天休假，享受各自的兴趣爱好及度过平凡的时间，如烹饪，钓鱼和乒乓球。没有与制作组实时沟通，全由成员们主动进行是该节目一大亮点。成员更在住宿期间共同创作主题歌〈In the Soop〉。
